Dreamstation 1 Air Chamber Replacement Kit

I spent the $30 for a replacement air chamber kit with no foam. Installation took 15 minutes.

The seller on amazon was "Medihealer". They offer two air chambers one with foam and one without foam. Given the issues related to foam I chose to go without foam. I do not notice any difference in the noise of my machine.

All three brands are trademarks registered to DC Star LLC, a New York corporation whose registered address is a virtual address. All three are probably the same. It appears the products are imported from unknown manufacturers in China. Personally, I'm not sure I'd trust the materials any more than products from Philips since I have no idea what's in them, where they're made, or who makes them. The only advantage I see over Philips products is you can actually get them right now.

Replacing the air chamber with a no foam part was the best solution for me. Glad to have the machine back in service. I will use it as a spare in the event my Resmed Aircurve stops working.

Anybody know if these are still available? Ive been searching but no luck. I have a DS1 that I would like to upgrade to keep as a spare.

I also would like to find a chamber to keep my DS1 available for use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
