Though I am still struggling to keep a seal on my mask, I am finishing my first week on my BiPap (AirCurve 10).
My sleep study recorded 77 AHI.
So far, I am averaging about 6-7 AHI in my first week.
Is this a good result? Is it a problem that it's not lower? My doctor has me at the max setting - 25cpw, so I can't go any higher. Will this improve over time, or should I expect this to basically not get any better?

Re: My First Week
The AirCurve will only hit the max when the situation requires it.
Unless there are issues like aerophagia, lowering the max just prevents the machine from doing its job.
For the first week the AHI is not bad. It may improve as your body become acclimate to the circumstances.
