They are worried that when you exhale through machine, you could spread Covid to everyone else on the plane - other issues in the past re using Cpap are irrelevant.

And people DIE from Covid every day - it is not just like a cold even if only Omicron, plus original Covid and Delta are still around.

Sorry for all your situation, but it should make you more sympathetic with others, not entitled and privileged because of it!

You will never get anywhere arguing with the flight crew, other than cited, removed from the plane, or marked as not allowed to fly on their airline. I’m a 3M mile and counting flyer, and have seen many behaviors on flights that just leave me shaking my head at the silliness of our species. If there is an issue address it after the flight ends, you will never win an argument with a flight crew, nor quite honestly should anyone. The flight crews concern is the safety of hundreds of people and while they may not always be right, it makes no difference in the moment.
Sometimes it is the very people who no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one imagines

Your behaviour was shameful.

We are in a pandemic.

If you can't travel safely, without putting others at risk, the solution is for *you* not to travel. You had a choice, the people surrounding you didn't.

I agree wholeheartedly with what others have said here and I wanted to add that you need to review EXACTLY what HIPPA is and what it means. You seem confused...
