I have a question about the philips respironics recall

hello all I understand that Philips Respironics is recalling a lot of cpap bipap devices and my old Respironics device which is a system one auto ASV machine and I called the cpompany and they can't tell me when i will be able to get my new device. and I registered it back in october of last year can anyone tell my how I can find out when i will be getting a new device after all thanks.

We are all in the same boat. There is currently no way to find out where you are in the replacement list, at least according to the Philips support line.

I don't think that Philips Respironics is even MAKING a Dreamstation 2 ASV machine at this point. They can't send out what they aren't making.

There is zero way to know about the status of your getting a replacement unless you happen to know a fly on the wall of a Respironics R & D team meeting.
Anyone that knows anything isn't talking and the customer service representatives don't know squat.

You need to discard any hopes of respironics making ANYTHING "right".
They seem to be only working toward making things WRONG.
I can not recommend any of their new machines.
