Any thoughts on my graphs here? I can't figure out why I get leaks when pressure spikes then goes away
My first thought is a very small mask movement leak and not related to pressure at all.
You can always test things by doing a fixed pressure experiment.

I would be doing the happy dance for all the world to see if that was my leak line. Damn near perfect 0.0.
If they weren't hitting your eyes and waking you up I would say shrug your shoulders and move on.
Would it be crazy to tape some cloth on my nose to block the air or something?

To keep the air from hitting the eyes????
Not all that crazy. All you want to do is keep the leaks from waking you up because they sure aren't bad enough to impact therapy itself. It's the sleep disruption side of those tiny very brief leaks that make me want to fix them...not from therapy effectiveness side of things.
Anything that disrupts our sleep is unwanted because sleep is our primary goal.

What have you got to lose?

Okay I may have solved my problem with my AirFit F30i leaking into my eye…
Each night I would be totally fine / sealed for four hours then it would start leaking into my eye( side sleeper) so would attempt to readjust tighten straps etc to no avail.

Then I read about the silicone not sealing on oily skin. So yeah that’s me.
So last night when it happened at the four hour mark I cleaned my mask - swiped my face with an pre soaked cleanser pad. Put my clean mask back on my clean ( not oily) face and behold no leaking!!!

I keep the supplies at my bedside and it’s quick and easy and then I fall asleep easily as not bothered woken up my eye leaking

I hope this can help someone else too..

Have you ever tried lansinoh/100% lanolin? it’s a petroleum free product marketed as nipple cream in the breastfeeding section. A little goes a long way and creates a tacky somewhat sticky surface that helps keep the mask in place (not good for foam masks).

I love the stuff and use just a liiittle bit of it every night.
