Where can I download Encore Pro 2 [SOLVED]

You will need to have your therapists clients contact Respironics and have them request the software.
Respironics will only deal with doctors offices, DMEs or sleep clinics.

Why can't you get the client data by downloading from the cloud.?

Hi LSAT, because I work at night I never see the staff, but from what I understand this request is to assist patients that walk-in with SD cards.
I know they get drivers that need reports for compliance that can't access the cloud.

Could it be that Encore 2 doesn't work with an SD Card?
Back in those days I thought it was a special card reader for a Smart Card?
Are there drivers still using the old cpaps?
IF the cpap had a smart card they didn't send anything to the cloud.

Encore Pro 2 works just fine with the SD card machines AND for those older machines that did use the Smart Card which require the special card reader.

All the machines from the System One 50 series model up to the DreamStation models used a SD card and Encore Pro works just fine with those machines.

I don't think the cloud got involved for data storage until the DreamStation machines came on the scene.

M Series models and older...now they used smart cards and the special card reader was needed....M Series machines were discontinued winter 2009....but Encore Pro still worked with those old machines at least up until the new Encore Pro came out for the DreamStation model compatibility.
