I have a Devilbiss Intelpap 2 unit that has intermittent Bluetooth. I have had it working on rare occasions but now when I attempt to do a search on the unmy mobile device is not found or showing up on the unit. I have done a complete factory reset but still have no success.
Using SmartLink does not find the unit.
Any suggestions

The Bluetooth for the phone app (especially iPhone) on these machines hardly ever works, or works for a couple of weeks and then stops. I know because I rent one, and on my second machine which didn't work with my iPhone either. I eventually got it to work on an old Android phone, but that stopped also after a few weeks. Better to download the Oscar software and download/upload your data nightly with an SD card.
