Adjustable Bed?

Is elevating the head with an adjustable bed helpful for OSA?

Sure... if you can comfortably sleep that way. Same as a recliner. For me..... napping on a recliner is much more preferable... but to each his own.

But be careful of starting a habit of your head falling forward, somewhat blocking your airway, in which case a soft cervical collar might be looked into.
