Oh, stress can most definitely do that. I hope it’ll ease soon. Great that you’ve gotten the upper hand with leaks!
I forgot to mention since starting the job, I don't have to for my main exercise, swimming. That and cycling. It's been too cold but I got a ride yesterday and I think it contributed to good nights sleep last night. My leaks were way up though. Which brings up another concern. Last week I was waking up after 5-6 hours and very little sleep after that. And my sleep seemed shallow, not very rested even for the 5-6 hours. I am wondering if my lack of leaks was due to poor sleep quality. Maybe last night with deeper sleep I am leaking(13%) because my mouth opens when I get into deep sleep territory. I will try the collar and maybe mouth tape if that doesn't do the job. Tape is the last resort.

I had some simple adjustment and I think my therapy is fixed for now. My dr said the APAP was causing my CA's and changed my settings to continuous. Last night was my best night in a long, long time. I went to bed late and woke up around my usual time. Will try to get longer rest, but I already feel better with just 6.5 hrs of sleep straight through.

I was getting afraid the next step was giving up morning coffee. What a relief.

Sometimes apap mode makes centrals worse for whatever reason. Sometimes it doesn't.
Just another one of those YMMV things and the important thing is whatever ends up working the best.
