So..how long does it take you to fall asleep or go back to sleep after a wake up?
Like the 7:00 break in therapy where the machine was turned off briefly....why? And how long did it take you to get back to sleep?

Also....what position do you normally sleep in?

Any special reason you have limited the max pressure to 16 cm?

Sometimes I get back to sleep quickly, depends on what is on my mind, body temperature, hungry etc. In this case, it was within minutes.
The 7 min is a bathroom visit.
Mostly, I am a back sleeper.
The DME has me a 16 when I complained that I had higher AHI when I raised the pressure Max above 16.

Please replace the completely useless AHI graph with the 'snore' graph.

right click on 'pressure' on the pressure graph and change the y axis to override, then 10 to 20.

Change your minimum pressure from 11 to 14, and max to 20.

With that much change, let's see what tomorrow looks like.

Basically, with small changes, waiting a few days so you see an average is the thing to do, with larger changes, it's good to keep an eye on things more closely. :)

Here is last nights daily data. Consistent since the change on Sunday but not where I need to be.

slight improvement, obviously. Try raising the min to 15, and let's see, with the pressure chart expanded a little, it's easier to see where the pressure is getting too low and going up as a result of breathing problems. I'm thinking you may need a min of 16, but let's see what 15 does for a couple days :)

Mask leaks likely caused by headgear straps slipping up/off.
I do not think my last pressure change was done correctly. Indicates 14/20. Just revised it to 15/20

Let's try 15 and see if that'll help.

The first part of the night was good, if you were actually asleep.

Palerider, I wonder whether the OP would benefit from introducing some EPR to help with flow limitations (and maybe hypopneas). Could the little boost supporting inhalation make a difference, do you think?

That was going to be my next suggestion, actually. :) but needed to get the base pressure up in any event.

SleepDeep, I have a ResMed AirSense 10 and I don't receive the data in my reports that you show in your post. I'm wondering how I can get a more detailed report. I just get usage hours, leaks L/min, average AHI. Thanks in advance.

Sacktime

My procedure is to
  • Remove the data card from the machine
    set the card to locked
insert the card into the computer
open Oscar (there are links to download Oscar in the forums)
Click your profile and import the data
Click the daily or overview tab
the data you have selected in the preferences will be shown
There are some guidelines as to which data to select and display

You can take a screenshot from within Oscar, then attach it in a forum post/list]

    That should work for you.
