Using the S9 model?? What operating system on your computer?
Did you lock the SD card prior to putting the SD card in your computer?
I assume you already let the machine fix the "corrupted card" by erasing everything but if this should happen in the future there may be a way to fix it so the machine doesn't think the card is corrupted. Just putting this out there in case it happens again.
S9 model machines notoriously don't like it when the SD card doesn't look like it expects the card to look so it wants to get rid of the corruption. Sometimes it's possible to get rid of the "corruption" without totally nuking the entire SD contents.

Ugh... bad news there... I put my SD card back in my machine last night and it said it was corrupt and wiped it out(reformatted).

Did you not lock the card before putting it in the computer? Might be a good idea to get a new SD card! Any size up to 32 GB, but not more, will do. A defective SD card might well explain the odd problems you are having.

Yes it's a ResMed S9 VPAP (I'll update my profile).
Actually, I just replaced the SD card like 4 months ago because the original, "official" resmed card was doing the same thing from time to time.... thought it was dying because it was old. Maybe I will go ahead and replace it again just to be sure. It's cheap to see if it resolves the problem.
I do quite religiously lock the card the instant I remove it from the machine and before I put it into my computer. So it never happens.
I would like to know how to try and not nuke the sd card and possibly recover without the machine reformatting the whole thing.

Some operating systems put a little text file on the SD card when the card is inserted into the computer.
Now OSCAR doesn't care that this little text file is on the SD card but the S9 model machines care....S9 models are the only models that care...so that's why we advise locking the SD card before it gets inserted into the computer.
Windows 8 and later...and some Mac operating systems will add that little text file.
I don't know how to remove the text file from Macs but Windows is fairly easy.
rmdir "System Volume Information" /s /q
at the contents of the SD card window hold down the shift key and right click mouse...and choose Open command window and paste the above in the black window.

Cool thanks... in my case, I never put it in my computer without having it locked though. I've gotten burned by that a long time ago

I can reproduce the missing Flow graph problem using your profile's backup data. I don't know what is causing it but we will look into it and get back to you.

It happened again last night... Missing the same graphs. I can upload the SDCard and all OSCAR data as previously requested if it will help?

Thank you. Since we can reproduce the failure, we don't need any more data at this time. I'll post a response when we figure out what is going on or need more data.
