she's asking about the breakdown of events. these individual events make up your ahi. and i emphasize YOUR ahi. because we each have different events that make up our ahi.
by letting her know which events, she and the other forum members can offer suggestions on how to adjust your settings.
so please answer her question.
I dont know how to see tje breakdown of events sorry

you aren't going to be able to see a lot, but let's give this a try-
push the big knob on the machine.
turn the knob until "sleep report" is highlighted.
push the big knob
turn the knob to go almost all the way to the bottom where you see ahi
also highlighted will "central ai"
tell us what that last number is.

okay, that's actually good as it's not too high.
can you tell us again what your maximum and minimum pressure is?

second question-
what was your ahi last night?
and over the next three days, please post each day what your ahi is.
tuck this in the back of your mind; the lower the ahi, the better treated you are.
know also that your ahi can change quite a bit from night to night and that is nothing to be worried about.

Same as Zonker says: let us know that same information about your AHI and the breakdown for the next few days. Your posted photo of the machine‘s screen was just the ticket.
Those numbers are very good! And again, it’s fine if you don’t feel resistance when you breathe out, so don’t worry about that.
When I started, my minimum pressure was 4, and I would feel like I wasn’t getting enough air every night when I first started. I raised my minimum to 7 and set the EPR at 3, and that felt really great by comparison.
If you are up for a little experiment, try setting your minimum to 7 and your EPR to 3. You can’t hurt yourself by doing this, and I’ll be curious to know how you like it. If you don’t, no problem, just go back to your current settings.
