I'm not convinced I don't have sleep apnea due to how horrible I feel all day especially in the mornings I find it hard to wake up. I'm fatigued and feel awful all the time. Depressed and anxious too. http://imgur.com/a/ac8s5TH results of home study.

I bought a Watchpat One off Lofta.com and now I'm 2nd guessing spending $200 almost on this thing and wondering if it's worth doing or send it back. I need help...
I also don't feel sleepy during the day or a need to nap. I just feel so depressed and crappy with fatigue I lay around a lot...

See your doctor.
Not everything is apnea related.
Nobody deserves to feel this bad.

Everyone please go read OP's first thread/topic at link above about the same complaint and check out the in depth responses he got a week or so ago.

Then read his response here to me....and decide what you want to do or say or not say.

Well most of us don't want to type all that stuff again.
I put it there so the others can see what you have already been told. That way if they have something new to add they can or they can simply not respond.

That's the point. Since you and others refuse to give me more responses to my regurgitated posts I have to get extreme. I'm suffering GREATLY. I'm very lonely and I'm not harming anyone. Just want some more feedback and people to care about me...

I have seen multiple doctors. Everytime they tell me I'm depressed I lose trust in them.

   What a jerk. Go ahead. I have ways of figuring out when people create a second account and use proxy addresses. You won't be the first to try such shenanigans.

Go here and see if you can get more/better responses that are what will make you happy.

You got the truth here. You didn't like it and come back hoping someone will tell you what you want to hear instead of the truth. The truth won't change no matter how many people respond.

You don't have OSA. You could have some other sort of Sleep Disordered Breathing issues though. Impossible for us to know for sure.
Your options were clearly explained to you.

in your other thread, you didn't reply to pugsy in here last post to you. you didn't respond to miss emeritus either.

i understand you have problems. but to just keep coming back to the same thing and not responding to advice given you makes it rather hard to help you.

PLEASE go back and read your previous thread. i have no idea if it will help you or not, but at least it will show that you are willing to engage.

good luck!

It sounds like your doctors have given you the answer to why you're feeling tired, and not sleeping effectively. Depression is a very serious ailment, which in my case was much more detrimental to my sleeping well than severe sleep apnea ever was.

Question is, what are you doing to take care of the depression? Are you working with your Dr. to treat it? maybe a phycologist or physiatrist? If you can find a drug free approach it will most likely work better for you, but it depends on what is driving your depression. Sometimes it's chemical. Personally, I found working with a good phycologist and a very robust fitness regime heavy on aerobics worked best for me. That I know of there are no quick and easy fix for depression, it takes time and work to deal with.

It sounds like you can rule out sleep apnea for the most part, why are you still barking up that tree, especially when doctors are giving you a diagnosis that is very likely to be causing much if not all of your issues?

Good luck, hang in there and slug away at it methodically.

Reminds me if a popular definition of insanity:
---"Doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results."
Lotsa luck, buddy--the truth is inescapable.

I guess I hm just find it hard to believe it's not sleep apnea. My overweight middle aged father has it but he doesn't even use his cpap and seems to feel better than I do.
I know depression can mess with sleep but I wake up in the mornings, sinuses are fairly conjested and I feel awful with deep bags under my eyes... I keep thinking it could be UARS OR OSA and the Resmed study maybe was just horrible inaccurate??? But an in lab would cost me far too much and I'm unsure I'd be able to sleep.
Im not doing anything for my depression. I've tried several pills and therapists and don't feel motivation to try more drugs and therapists... It's all costly anyways. I live in the USA after all.

I have this $189 Watchpat One sitting unopened in a box on a shelf. I have 45 days left to return it. I debate everyday if I should just use it and say goodbye to the $189 or not...
