Events and duration of machine use

I have been using the resmed 10 nasal pillow since 8/4 no issues - last 2 days last night I started at 9:30 pm and woke up at 5:00 and the mask was still on - However the sleep report showed that I only used it for 4:40 hours and I had 13 events
I think something might be wrong with the machine. Help!

Welcome, bhall07. We will need some more information to help you figure out what the problem is. If you have a laptop or desktop computer, you can download the software Pugsy linked for you, and you can then upload a "daily chart" here so people can take a look. Please let us know if you hit any snags with Oscar.

It wouldn't be totally impossible for there to be an error in recording usage to the internal software of the machine.
Not a common problem though especially with a relatively new machine.

We need to see detailed data to rule out maybe some other explanation for the inconsistent data reporting.

This is a long shot but check the time setting on your machine. Perhaps the AM/PM are not correct.
