Not a damn thing. But it would make me feel better to have some investigation of the ineptitude.
Next, investigate the investigators.
And for sure they should investigate!!!!!

I registered my Philips Auto CPAP the last full week of June. I received a refurbished Philips Auto CPAP (zero hours on it) last week. City/State that was on shipping label to return recalled machine was Mt. Pleasant, Pa.

I haven't been on the forum for some time since life has been extremely busy. I just found out about the recall on my Philips 60 Series Remstar Auto machine. My mom heard it somewhere and she asked me if I used a Philips machine which is how I found out about it. If if wasn't for her I may have not heard for a long time. It has become my backup machine but I still use it pretty often for battery operated off grid operation. As far as I know this is still the best most efficient machine to run on battery which I do for up two weeks at a crack. I just registered it with Philips so will find out what they say.

I have a Dreamstation Go that I had used for traveling. I registered the unit back in June and haven't heard anything since. Have any Dreamstation Go owners received a replacement yet? I'll be doing some traveling soon and I'm not sure what I will do.

Just checking in...
Any fellow Canadians hear or receive any updates regarding the recall? Or, better yet - any Canadians actually receive a replacement unit? My unit was 3 months old when I stopped using it. I'm just wondering if they have even begun looking at unit replacements in Canada?
Thanks and good luck!!

I got mine replaced with new Dreamstation 2 last week. Purchased Dreamstation 1 year ago.

That's great!!
Did you do anything after registering? Did you receive any correspondence between registering and your delivery?
Thanks!

I bought my Dreamstation from Sleep Apnea Solutions. Received general email from them end of October that they will be replacing it, actually went to my spam. Then last week got a call to come in for replacement. Had to show Philips confirmation number from recall registration.

I have called Phillips twice after registering my Dreamstation for recall. Phillips Customer Support claims that they will contact me prior to shipping the replacement machine. From what I read in this forum that does not appear to be the case. Would be nice to know if one was delivered and possibly taken from my front porch by thieves.

Aretino, my husband's replacement bipap just appeared one day on the porch. We were shocked but happy. Some folks apparently are notified in advance, but not all. For us it was okay, as we have packages delivered most days, so we always check. If you have to leave town, maybe you could ask a neighbor to keep an eye on your front door and take in any package for you.

Just got a confusing email:
Your Philips device replacement order is being processed.
Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to replace your Philips device. As a reminder, your confirmation code is XXXXXXXXX[redacted].
In some cases, this process may take approximately 12 months. We will stay in communication with you until your device ships.
Please visit Philips.com/src-update for more information and continued updates, including the latest answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Thank you.
So I should have a machine in about a year? Glad I went out of pocket to get a ResMed while I waited.

Try calling them if you want a confusing response. I finally found a used Resmed machine.

Good for you--the best solution, by far.
