Well, I got a bit over-confident:
Dragged the bullfrog to a street fair in our neighborhood.
I walked over 2 miles--he did 3 (he went back to get my "rollator",
and pushed me several blocks when my back pooped out)
So blasted tired and sore; slept over 11 hours Sunday night.
It helped--but I need more, working on it--I will recover, I hope . . .

Wrong guess! But nice try.
There are no cypress trees in Nebraska--at least not native.
And this frog is not traveling cross country.

But, I don't always feel super.
I am bolstered by the support here, and my doctor's affirmation that this is curable.
I choose to view this experience as an opportunity to learn.
As long as I am learning, I am going forward.
