Hi all - longtime former lurker here, after a 3-year break in CPAP treatment (long story/just got my equipment back recently). I used to use a SoClean and did some research to try and figure out why supplies seemed to doggone hard to come by. I found plentiful posts here to help me understand I should stop using it, but I am a curious lady and didn’t stop there. I found a video on YouTube by an individual who put actual CPAP foam from Phillips, ResMed and one other company through repeated nuking with ozone devices. The results are shocking to say the least. I didn’t find that link shared previously here, so that is why I am stopping by.

Ozone is nasty stuff.
Remember the plasma bulbs, wherever your finger touched,
there was lightning inside the bulb.
It looked nifty, but I smelled something "off", and sniffed my finger.
Yuck!
I know enough that when something stinks, you stay away.
