I could swear there was a different video at the page Pugsy linked to, one that showed Stuart using the Bleep with the Houdini hose lift (hose stand). At any rate, that's what I do. I have a terrycloth hose cover that is somewhat scrunched, which provides enough friction to keep the hose positioned properly in the loop. The Houdini swivels well, which is important for me since I turn over a lot.
The downside is that the vertical piece of the Houdini seems to be prone to breaking; there's one place where they seem to use nothing but glue to attach one segment to another. My clever husband superglued a short metal channel to the lower piece where the break occurred, and the upper part of the stand sits in the channel and swivels beautifully.
(I tried to attach two photos to illustrate what I'm talking about, but I can't seem to get them to stick. Sorry!)

I have an EEG sleep tracker, so I'll use that to leave out CPAP data for wake periods, from now on.
Curious as to which EEG sleep tracker you have and why it was choosen.

Thanks for this idea - I tried to make one myself out of a lamp and some duct tape last night; it worked well enough until it broke mid way through the night; will need to make it a bit stronger!

Thanks for the video link - will check it out soon.
I have a Dreem 2 headband, which unfortunately isn't being sold to customers anymore. They do sometimes pop up on eBay, though.
I chose it because it was pretty much the only reasonably priced EEG tracker I could find, and because in a study they'd shown it was pretty close to the accuracy of a PSG scored by 5 sleep experts, for scoring sleep stages. It also reports on heart rate, breathing rate, and sleep position, which I find meaningful. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Attached last night's OSCAR stats.
EEG tracker said I fell asleep at 1:02 AM.
I made a hose stand which definitely seemed to help before it broke; but then by just after 2AM, I think it broke and the mask came off, which I barely remember. So not much data to go off today, unfortunately.
Another observation was that moisture was condensing and dripping down the tube into the DreamPort; I put the climateline tubing temp up to 30C, but it didn't seem to fully resolve the condensation; maybe I should turn the humidity down from 4?
Thanks!

You're welcome.
His channel has another hose management method.

Will check eBay for Dreem.

What temperature do you keep your bedroom?
I would add a cozy to the short hose from the long hose to the mask to help keep the air warmer in the short hose and mask.
If your bedroom is very cool reducing the humidity setting may not help much. When we exhale our own breath contains moisture and can condense in the mask...I know people not using added humidity at all who have this happen.
Be aware that there is a possibility that if you do reduce the humidity setting that your nasal mucosa might not like the less moisture and any drying effect to the mucosa. How to know if they are unhappy? Allergy like symptoms pop up...nasal congestion, drainage, itchiness, sneezing, pressure in sinuses.
Quick short hose cozy trick....old thick sock with toe cut out and run over the short hose and secured in place with a bit of tape. Might need 2 socks depending on how long they are.
Anything to help keep that warmer air from the heated hose from cooling down after it leaves the heated hose.
Warm air just holds onto moisture better than cool air.

It's usually at 18 C (64.4 F). Thanks for the tip; I've covered my entire tubing in socks with tape so hopefully that'll do the trick!

Ambient bedroom temps have a huge impact on condensation in the mask or hose.
Cooler bedroom temps mean the air in the hose or mask cools down faster which causes the formation or condensation of the moisture in the mask or hose.
Since most of us don't want to increase ambient bedroom temps....the second choice is to increase hose air temps either with higher heated hose temps or when short hoses from the heated hose to mask are involved and at risk for cooling off we just try to keep the air in the short hose and mask warmer.
Usually that is enough to keep rain out from happening.
Rain out won't hurt you but it sure is annoying. Either the noise in the mask or hose or the cold shower you get when the cold water sprays out the vent holes onto your face and wakes you up.
Been there and done that because I need maximum humidity to keep my nasal mucosa happy and I also prefer a fridge for bedroom ambient air temps. I simply can't sleep in anywhere near a warm/hot bedroom.

Pugsy, thanks for explaining about the image limitation. I resized.
For what it's worth, I too have a Dreem headband. I imported the data into Oscar, which makes a graph for the sleep stages. I found some anomalies -- times I knew I was awake when the Dreem thought I was asleep, and vice versa -- but the Dreem mostly lined up with what my night-time experience and my respiration rate were telling me. (My respiration rate goes up during at least part of most REM.) I mostly don't use the Dreem any more, but I wear it every so often just to see what's going on.

Yep, thick wool socks around especially the short hose did the trick!!

I had no idea you could import Dreem data into OSCAR! Also thanks for the pictures; I made something similar and it worked great last night.
