Does anyone feel like mask liners affect and/or reduce air flow? When I use the Silent Night liners on a FFM, the airflow feels different to me.

does it have a noticeable effect on your ahi?

i don't use a mask liner. however, i do notice an air flow difference in my nasal mask if i just happen to have it positioned "wrong". doesn't effect my ahi, so i don't fret about it.

This is a new FFM that I've only used 1 night (without a liner). I just put the liner on a little while ago and tried it. The flow of the air just felt different. I give it a trial tonight and see what happens. Thanks for your response.

"feeling" doesn't come into play.

Mask liners *cannot* change the airflow, they don't get in between the mask and your nose, unless you're using them very very wrong.

Did anyone have migraines that improved when starting CPAP? If so, how long did it take for the migraines to improve?

here's an eight year old article-

CPAP Improves Migraine Burden in Patients With Sleep Apnea

https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/806902

here's one that's undated (or at least, i didn't see it)-

https://doctorstevenpark.com/the-connec ... g-problems

just to get you started.

oh and i actually found those links here in the forum. what you might want to do while waiting for first hand reports is search the forum. this is best done by going to google and in the search box type "www.cpaptalk.com migraines".
