To follow up on palerider's post: I'd recommend increasing EPR to 3, with your minimum revised to 9. The EPR in effect gives you a pressure boost as you inhale, which can help overcome FLs in some people. If FLs are a problem for you, this could be helpful.
You are seeing a normal expiratory trace, with a point at the bottom. (Take a look at the stylized trace inside the O on the Oscar welcome page. This is a better representation of normal flow morphology than the one in the chart showing different kinds of variations in the traces.)
You are also seeing some oscillation around the zero line. This looks like a cardioballistic artifact. That means your heartbeat telegraphs to your airway and can be detected during the pauses between your breaths. I'm attaching an example from one of my graphs. It is not uncommon and has no significance. Don't give it a thought.
