I've been using the P10 for a month. My head is kind of small, my face is narrow and my nose is also narrow and a little pointy. My fit is a small and the small wide fits but leaks more.
Thanks for the review, that's helpful. Just to clarify, did you mean to say the N30?
I've been using the P10 for a long time and it's a great mask but I do get leaks so I'm going to give the N30 a try. I noticed the replacement cushion is pricey, though. $31 vs $19 for the P10 nasal pillow. I have a small face, too, I ordered the small so we'll see how it works out!

Oops! Yes, N30. I corrected my original post. Sorry for the confusion.
You can get replacement cushions for under $30 from Amazon.

Well, I tried the N30 last night. It is amazing, the most comfortable mask I have ever tried. However, I had a ton of noisy air blowing. I couldn't figure out if it was leaking or it was coming from the exhaust ports? If it's leaking, I'm just out of luck because I got the small and it doesn't go any smaller.

The cushion seemed to be installed completely and not leaking from there. Really disappointing!

Did you figure out how to get into the reports on the machine display and look at the recorded leak rate?

Yes, I can do that. How long do I need to wear it to get a good sample?

I'm not sure what you are asking.
Earlier, you said,

If you wore the mask all night, look at the leak level for that one night in the clinicians reports on the machine display.

I didn't wear it all night, the sound was driving me crazy. I thought you were saying I could look at Oscar to track down whether it was a leak or the exhaust ports.
I ended up trying the trick of making a diffuser out of a filter to dampen the exhaust air the next night to see if it made a difference, and it helped a ton, so I think it was mostly the exhaust air I was hearing. But, it is also prone to leaks with me, especially if I lay on my side. Boo.

Depending on what you did, this could be dangerous. The mask vents are designed to clear the carbon dioxide and ensure the user is inhaling the proper mix of air. If the diffuser reduces the amount of flow from the vent ----> dangerous.

I poked a hole in a filter and slid it up the tube to about 1/2" or so from the exhaust ports so the exhaust air got dampened. I needed to see if that was what the noise was coming from.
