Maybe.

I assume you're asking because you have researched and found the relationship of hypothyroidism and sleep apnea.

Get the hypothyroidism under control and repeat the sleep study.

BTW are you overweight?

Right, i found several articles which indicates hypothyroidism can lead to osa.

Have you started treatment for the hypothyroidism yet? Assuming it's levothyroxine of some sort, you might end up with difficulty sleeping, so IMO it's certainly worthwhile to see if you can avoid the additional discomfort of long-term CPAP. Give it a few months and be sure to report back.

Yes, it's been only 15 days, i am taking levothyroxine 150mcg daily.
