What is an Rera? Need help interpreting my report

Good morning! I uploaded my stats from last night and saw a term I've never seen before on my report.

1. What is a Rera, and is this level of rera concerning?

2. Also, could someone please help me interpret my report?

I apologize. I had difficulty getting a couple of the unwanted stats to disappear from the report.

Thanks!

Resmed Airsense 10 auto (set in CPAP mode), pressure 4, Epap 3, humidity 4. Resmed nasal pillow mask.

The Cpap Wiki at †he top of the page has lots and lots of great info... here's the quick def. of an answer -

"RERAs: Respiratory effort related arousals. Episodes that are not apneas or hypopneas, often related to loud snoring, that generally do not cause a decrease in oxygen saturation."

On my graph (above, in this stream), my flow limitation looks quite active, though, the AHI index is good.

1. What are possible causes of an active flow limitation? Mask related? Congestion?

2. Is it important to have a more "quiet" flow limitation?

Thanks, in advance, for your help.
