Respironics machines don't do a flow limitation graph like the ResMed machines do.
Instead Respironics flags flow limitations as individual events and shows them up on the Events graph...see FL line? That's flow limitations....and only in auto adjusting mode will Respironics machines flag FLs. So fixed mode (if anyone is using fixed mode and doesn't see any FLs flagged) 0 flagged FLs doesn't necessarily mean they didn't happen. .....this is fixed mode only.

You are in auto mode so if you have any FLs they will be flagged up on the Events graph.

The only graphs we really need to see from a Respironics machine report

The normal stuff on the left side
and on the right side graphs...
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leak

There is no Flow Limit in my list.

On Respironics, Flow Limitations are flagged as events an not presented as a trace graph.

I'm trying to figure out what to show people.

You showed more, a lot unnecessary. Because of the extra information, the important information was compressed and difficult to read.

Put only what was asked, so the important stuff isn't squished.

We need to see the pressure graph line for the entire night.
Otherwise the most recent screenshot shows what we like to see.

Someone else might correct me but I do not believe Philips machines have flow limitations.

It might help if you could also put your machine & mask in your signature. Then those helping won't have to ask and it would always be available for viewing. (You can see my example and others as well)

See my reply above. Respironics machines will do flow limitation flagging but it's just not recorded in the same way as ResMed records FLs.

wondered what was up with the pressure; didn't notice it was for just a few hours.

(one of these days, i'll learn how to read oscar graphs.)

Okay, hopefully this is right.

I set my lower pressure to 12 from 15. Does this show the lower number was helpful?

It does appear that setting the minimum to 12 still doesn't create a situation where the machine wants to go higher.
So at this point you may not need 12 cm minimum.
Next step...try 10 cm minimum and see if the pressure graph moves upwards trying to prevent apneas.

The little spiky saw tooth increases are pressure probes and not the machine responding to airway restrictions....so ignore those.
