I will try the standard tubing rather than the heated Climate Air.

I've tried both Small and Medium cushions since the fit guide says I'm on the border. No difference in leaks.

Mmm. The fit guide says I need a small. I use a large.

I find that the standard hose for the Dreamwear nasal allows for the best grip of the mask to the head. When I switched to a heated hose to stop "rainout" during the winter months, the added weight tended to pull too much. Wrapping the regular hose with a "Snuggie" worked better than the latter, but still some added weight.

Glad the warmer weather is here so I can go commando and not have to deal with this.

I use the "featherweight" tube for attaching directly to the DreamWear, and the "climateline" heated tube is attached to that. Plus also use a "hose hanger", so that the hose is coming from above. Works perfectly for me, get the heated air, and the tube is out of my way and not pulling on the mask:

I've written before about what I "thought" was a fitting problem. On further research, I think I have identified the cause and need help with the solution.

After I go to sleep, my jaw drops (mouth does NOT open) and disturbs the alignment of the nasal cradle (N30 and DW nasal cradle), causing big0time leaks. If I close the jaw, the problem goes away. I've verified this several times.

Anyone else have this problem? What is the solution? Perhaps I need a chin strap -- any favorites? What about a boil-and-bite mouthguard?

firm foam cervical collar, found at your local drugstore in the same aisle where you find walkers and canes and such.

that's the one i use. but look around;i use a four inch, you may need a smaller one.

this keeps my chin up.

oh. also, after about 90 days, the foam breaks down so much that i have to get a new one.
