Mouth breather here. Scared of taping, don't want the extra bulk of chinstrap, want to use pillows because I heard it's better for depression (from my doctor).
I swear by Chin-Up Strips (google it). Been buying them for years. They work great. Probably not 100%, but pretty damn close if I wash my face before putting them on and when I apply them correctly.
