I have central and a little bit of obstructive sleep apnea.
My wife is a very light sleeper and I was waking her up throughout the night so I slept on the floor for a few weeks on a thin japanese style mattress. I felt like my sleep was pretty good.
Moved back to the bed and having all sorts of issues. The machine was blowing air like I was having an apnea episode but I was still awake. Also sleeping on my right side seems to close up one of my nostrils making it harder to breathe. This did not happen on the floor.
Anyone else have issues with apnea depending on where they are sleeping?

No.
We would need to see an OSCAR report of a night where you had problems. Without it, we are just guessing. Maybe it's the panko?

Maybe it's not about the floor vs bed, but sleep position (back, side, front).
