At long . . . LONG . . . last, my doctor called with the home sleep study results. Mild/moderate apnea with an AHI of 14.
I'm being referred for CPAP but it has to be approved by Blue Shield of California. No idea what happens next. I assume you go somewhere to pick out equipment, and they say, "Yes," or, "No," or "Okay, but your insurance will pay only 50% for this one"?
