Even though I like to tease Zonker about number/0.00 chasing, I'm probably the biggest number chaser around.

This morning, I ended my 9 - day streak of 0.00 AHI sessions.

Chasing a low AHI is infinitely better than chasing 100 on MyAir.

Agreed.
They are exactly like the star stickers in kindergarten.
It did not take me long to realize they were completely worthless,
As EVERYBODY got them.
Slower kids may have been motivated by them--but not us tadpoles.
My motivation was to learn everything in the Compton's Illustrated Encyclopedia.
Or maybe it was just to avoid being bored stupid.
[Really, we ran out of comic books, and that big row of big books was irresistible.]

I got my machine a few years ago. I used MyAir for a few months just to get the feel of the new machine. Guess I wasn't so lucky. I remember getting numbers like 83, 85, etc., along with 100 many times. It helped me to rethink things and I was able to get my leak numbers way down.

👍

MyAir is a good rough tool for probably north of 90% of CPAP users. Very few will dig into details (OSCAR) to achieve a high level of CPAP therapy. MyAir is much better than nothing. I am glad it helped you with the leak levels.
