Ivy League. Everyone here is a smarty pants. They would call it the Poison IvyLeague.
EDIT: I meant that everyone here as in my house.
In that case, tell them that you are so strong you can filter your air with poison ivy leaves.
Right on. I will probably get the silver replacement cover before they even see the vines.

there is nothing wrong in getting the mask wipes from them. but, it's cheaper if you just use non-scented baby wipes.
i really can't remember why the non-scented is important, but maybe someone will come by to tell us.
and i can't think what else you need on your list.

Whatever I use just can’t have even the slightest scent of baby powder or I will 🤮. I absolutely hate that smell.

isn't it strange how we each have our own little idiosyncrasies?
that seems to come out more in the cpap communities, i think.

Its already starting with the DME.

I filled out their questions per website and gave them a wrong number on my insurance card. Got an email that something was awry. So I emailed them a picture of the front and back. APPROVED of course. Now they have sent me further emails with other required paperwork requiring a detailed prescription with correct codes and must be faxed our mailed to a certain address. All this is fine and dandy but I do not have a printer to print the form to take to my doctor.
As per their easy setup to join the sleep team it says “Sleep Team will work with your insurance company and doctor to get all required paperwork”. Really? Well then don’t email me paperwork to take to doctor.
If I am wrong about all this someone tell me.
Edit: Yes I emailed a picture of my prescription and sleep report just like I did with my insurance card. With phone and fax numbers.

Welcome to DME hell.
This isn't a good sign of things to come. Any chance you could maybe choose another DME?
They need to be sending your doctor all the paperwork requests.

I know. Right? I have done made up my mind if this one doesn’t work I will just buy from cpap.com. From my research on the webs and such there is no DME around here worthy of even trying. Found this one has an office up the road about an hour half. I will calling them in a minute. Just getting some coffee in me. I am already mad but I will as usual keep my calm and try not to let them run me over..

Update: I have made several calls to DME Aeroflow and several to doctors office. DME is not consistent in what their specialist are telling me. I have either been lied to or they are very unorganized. My final decision is to not call them or doctor at all next week. If I haven’t heard anything from them by Friday afternoon I will call and exclude myself from their services. Then I will order from CPAP.com Saturday. I have sent Aeroflow a picture of my prescription and sleep report. Told that it was too dark to read.

Really?
The only reason I am giving them all next week is because we will be back and forth with radiation, oncologist and Petscan next week. I am sure we might at least get a chemo port appointment also.
Let’s wait and see.

I know I said I wouldn’t call them but I did today. I was sitting in car waiting on my wife with her first appointment. I was getting hot and irritable so I figured it a good time to call somebody. Asked DME if they had any updates from my doctor and they said no. Well I said it’s getting to be too much of a bother and I give up. I then told her I have all the information they should need. She then tells me to email it. I have already done this.
Not going to wait much longer as I have no patience. Going through more important stuff isn’t helping.

While totally useless... it is an idea.
Send them an email asking them to review the data sent in on the previous email and give the date of the previous email. Add a

to keep things civil...

I have read good reviews about them but I swear they are totally confused. It’s like they aren’t seeing or understanding what the other specialists are doing. I get an email saying they got doctors report and ready to move on to the next step. So I call and the response is they didn’t get something legible. Thinking they need to assign one person per customer instead of a team of so called specialist. The last lady I talked to was nice and at the end of the conversation she said to me “don’t give up on us”. I promise I will not call back until they call me. Not just an email.

Update: DME might have got everything they need. Ordered this morning, made a payment and got a virtual appointment.
I did order the Resmed Airsense for her, heated hose and F30i mask..
EDIT: I am going to order a silver faceplate and filters from cpap.com. Any suggestions on anything else to order from them would be appreciated.
