according to the wiki, the devilbiss dv54 is "partly supported by oscar".
i've dug out my old one (my very first cpap!) to make sure it still works in these perilous times. and it is indeed the dv54 mentioned. so i'd like to know what partly supported means.

I believe the issue is that the older F&P machines do not have flow data, so OSCAR can't report the data we most strongly rely on.
The DV6x series machines do have flow data, and I am currently working on supporting the DV6x series.

thanks.
oscar sees the devilbiss file, but won't import it.
bummer. but only partially so, because i'm not using this machine to dial in my settings, just to treat my long standing apnea.

Are you saying it sees the data files for a DV54 machine but won't import it? That might be a bug and you could upload a zip of your SD card to
my Dropbox folder so I can see what is happening.
Or do you mean that OSCAR won't import data from a DV6x machine? That is certainly true and that problem won't be addressed until the next version of OSCAR.

let me give this another night to be sure i'm trying to upload properly from sd card. and yea, i'm saying it sees the dv54 file, but doesn't upload.

That's great! I love it when there's nothing for me to do.

Something has changed recently, I'm on Mac Big Sur 11.4 and I'm able to open Oscar without my computer yelling at me to change the security settings. I'll take it, since it makes it easier to get to what I need to get to.

Minor bug report:
The description for the current Chinese translation is incorrectly labeled as Traditional Chinese(繁體字).
The actual translation is Simplified Chinese (简化字)
It would be nice to have an actual Traditional Chinese translation.

How do you get around this issue: " OSCAR cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified."
Trying to run it from the Applications folder.

Here is a link to the process to accept running an application (such as OSCAR) from an unidentifiable developer.

It works! Many thanks.

Hi! I bought a new Airsense 10 this Spring. I needed proof that I was using my APAP. I went to pull the SD card, but there was none. I stuck the card from my old BPAP in the machine and it seemed to write to the card. I downloaded and installed OSCAR on Win 10, 64 bit. It only shows the OXIMETRY as an option, but nothing else. Any idea what went wrong??
Thanks!

Right now you have an SD Card with two different sets of files, one for your previous device and one for the Air10.
When your importing it appears to only be importing the previous machines data.
Either:
- Use a different SD Card
- Remove the old BiPAP' data, I believe it's in a directory called "P-Series"
- Format your SD Card
Then place the SD Card in your machine and use it for a night, you should then be able to import the nights detail data.
