Very sorry to hear of folks passing.
I got kinda lucky myself. Got the COVID on April 2nd and ended up in the ER for a day on April 17th. Finally got my strength back around April 28th after losing 19 lbs (10 days of fasting plus a week's worth of fever can burn through some calories) -- the COVID-19 weightloss plan. Then it took another 2 and a half months to recover from the pneumonia cough and another month after that for my blood pressure and O2 saturation levels to normalize. It was quite a ride I must say but I wouldn't want to do it again though.
Take your daily dose of 4,000 to 6,000 IUs of vitamin D3 and a couple of grams of lyposomal vitamin C too. Drink some tonic water and take some zinc supplement at least twice a week also. Have a Z-pack ready just in case and you can save yourself a few hundred dollars and the ER visit.
Y'all stay safe!
