I would recommend this chin strap with nasal pillows or a nasal mask:

It is comfortable and stays on throughout the night, I have also noticed it does not worsen my AHI. I have used other chin straps that pull my jaw back but this one seems to be good and it is comfortable. Also if you are using a nasal mask you want to update your type of mask to Nasal on your machine.
