I did not find any aerophagia issue this morning. And I slept well for the 5 hours... did not wake up (not that I am aware of).

Okay...next experiment...increase your minimum EPAP from 4 to 5. Keep all the other settings the same including max IPAP.
Report back tomorrow as to AHI (and the other stuff on the report that isn't included in the AHI) status as well as aerophagia status. Going to try to reduce the clutter on your software reports that points to potential airway issues disturbing sleep.
Hopefully you can get more than 5 hours of sleep as well. Even under the best of circumstances and a nice clean report 5 hours is simply not enough sleep to expect to feel decent.
You need more EPAP and I am crossing my fingers that more EPAP won't make the aerophagia issues worse. Gotta try it sometime so might as well be now.

Hi Pugsy,
I have not disappeared but wanted to try it for a while before I post my follow up.
I am attaching two random days for you to review:
and
How I feel:
aerophagia seems better but not completely eliminated. I can still wake up feeling very bloated but sometimes I wake up and it is minor, but never completely without the bloating feeling. Energy level wise, again my other issues (sleeping very late and very few hours) make it rather difficult for me to determine, but overall, I feel very ok.
Please let me know if you have any further suggestions for me. It will be nice to completely get rid of the aerophagia.

Okay....let's limit IPAP max to 10.5....you aren't going to have much room to roam around but that's okay...the goal is to reduce the aerophagia. Hopefully it won't cause too much of an increase in the OAs and hyponeas by not letting it go higher.
One night you spent very little time up at the maximum and the other night you spent more time up there.
Do you remember if one night was better in terms of the belly issues than the other?

Thanks. Let me make the change and try it tonight.
