Hi,

I am an old member, and I began using a CPAP machine in 2009. It has become second nature for me. The only caveat is the masks.
I cannot use a full face mask or anything that goes around my mouth and chin. I am overweight and getting older. In other words, extra meat and fluffy in that area.

I usually use nasal pillow masks, and I was happy for years with the Breeze from Puritan Bennet. Another company acquired its business and killed the masks division or at least the Breeze mask. I had many Breeze masks and nasal pillows that covered me for all these years.
I have only one left and 4 pillows. I am looking for a new one to replace it.

The Resmed P30i looked promising, but the nose tips are almost flat and soft. If I move, I have leaks. I tried all sizes S, M, L, changed how tight the head frame from hard to a light touch. I am not getting an effective seal because of that.

I am desperate, seeing that I won't have an option shortly.

Try the Philips Respironics Dreamwear nasal mask with arms. The arms keep the headgear from sliding off your head. You have a choice of a very soft nasal cushion or gel nasal pillows. The hose attaches to the top. It's incredibly comfortable and seems like it would be somewhat similar to the Breeze. You can try it with return insurance from our hosts at cpap.com

Dreamwear nasal. I tried this one before. The nasal tips are very flat and they move easily out of my nose. I can try the gel nasal pillow.

Have you tried liners from Padacheek.com to help with small leaks?

P 10. Sometimes I use a different mask for a while but always come back to the p 10

A FFM is not needed if the mouth can be kept sealed while using CPAP.

I'm liking the Aloha nasal pillow mask. It stays put, and with Pad-a-Cheek strap covers, it doesn't leave marks on my face. The pillows seem to last a LONG time. I route the short hose up to the top of my head using the little velcro fastener, and I secure the tube in place with some medical paper tape.

Full disclosure: it has virtually no diffusion of air from the vent, and it's fiddly to adjust and disassemble for cleaning.

I'm not aware of any masks that have pillows like the Breeze. Sounds like you've tried most of the current pillows masks; if you didn't like the pillows on P30i or Swift then the P10 probably won't be any different for you. If I were you I would go to a conventional nasal mask. If you don't mind an arm reaching up from your nose to your forehead (a bit like the Breeze) then the Resmed Mirage FX or Philips Respironics Pico are good options. If you prefer a mask with the arms on the side (instead of up between your eyes) then the Resmed N20 or Philips Respironics Wisp could be good options.

Maybe the Bleep system would work for you. Several folks on this forum LOVE it.
