I've found that between "Smart" card blackouts, the interactions will each build up to having several days' worth of data on them. If I've got an interaction with 4 or 5 days' data, I'll delete the previous few days interactions. While GoofProof saves the graphs into Adobe Acrobat and works with them in that program, I've discovered that in Win XP one can "print" the detailed data graphs into Microsoft Document Imaging (*.mdi) files and then cut and paste graphs into one file using the Microsoft Document Imaging (Poor man's PDF...). I was able to compile an electronic file that I took to my sleep doc last week like this. He had not trouble opening the file and seeing the graphs.

As for saving detailed stat data, you can use the "File>>data export" function in Encore Pro Analyzer (Thanks Jim Skinner!) that will download all the data into a comma-delimited spreadsheet rather than hand entering it. That spreadsheet can be read by regular spreadsheet programs like MS Excel.

I still haven't figured out how to do anything useful with the EP data exports...

You might try erasing your card after every download. Previous downloads stay in your list under your name. The next download wil have just the latest info

Thanks all for the many suggestions, Cpap'ers, today I might not need the data in Encore P, but tomorrow who knows.

Just wanted to note that any Mac program that can print can create PDF files. It's on the standard OS X printing dialog. In fact Linux does this too for the most part.

So a true poor man's PDF is PDF. Microsoft is just special. Sorry for the OT.

You can do this on Windows as well as long as you have a PDF printer driver installed. Once such tool is http://www.cutepdf.com/
