There's a new link to last night's OSCAR chart.
For some reason, the initial link included Xylomint...???
My apologies.

while we await the smart folk

i'll tell ya that your ahi is looking better.
the question that i don't see asked of you is, are you sleeping okay? waking up feeling good? and so on and so forth.
you can stay with the min as it is for a bit to see if it shakes out. that is, if it lowers your ahi. or you could go full tilt and raise the min to 13 as this chart seems to indicate that is where it's going.
let's see what other have to say.

Mouth is taped and tape is secure in the mornings...so the leaks are mask movement from either poor fit or something.
For the most part it's below 35 L/min which is where the machine could start having trouble sensing, recording and responding and unless it woke me up I don't know that I would be too worried about it. It's not pretty but I have let worse slide.
Now as to the AHI being a little higher than we want...probably need a little more minimum as well as let the machine go a bit higher do deal with what it doesn't like.
Assuming those flagged events are asleep events and not awake event false positive flagging because of waking up with the dry mouth or from leaks.
Dry mouth can happen for some people even if mouth breathing isn't happening. I have heard of it from people who do tape their mouths but they wake up with a lot of air in their mouth. Usually they are also complaining of chipmunk cheeks but not always. My theory is that they are just unlucky enough to have their mouths dry out easily for any number of reasons (meds, overall hydration, general health, etc) and I don't know any specific fix for it. More humidity might help but sometimes that causes nasal congestion so not always a good solution. Other than adding some sort of oral hydrating agent at bedtime I don't know what to offer if more humidity either doesn't help or makes congestion worse.
