The Dr. Dakota does seem to be helping with OAs. The first and third zoomed-in shots show a lot of flow-limited breathing.
I don't have the expertise to advise you about this, but I will just tell you what I know from my own experience. My breathing also had a lot of flow limitations, even with EPR of 3 (a bit like flex). I switched to the ResMed Aircurve VAuto, gradually raised the pressure support (equivalent to EPR but measured as a rise above EPAP instead of a drop from IPAP). At PS of 4.8, the FLs have really improved, and I am sleeping better. I think the reason is that we have to work harder, breath by breath, when breathing is flow limited, and that keeps us from sleeping as deeply as we might otherwise and also tires us out over the course of a night.
There was no way my insurance would have covered a bilevel machine, given my excellent AHI numbers, so I bought a lightly used one from LSAT on this site.

Here's hoping my insurance will cover it. Though when I first was diagnosed was last year on my previous jobs insurance. Hopefully they don't want me to do another test or something.

Well poo since I wasn't compliant last time I'd have to have a in lab sleep study done to get a bipap. Don't think I can afford that atm.

Looks great ! WOW!
try a tennis ball on the back of your PJ top or pocket t shirt on backwards. I cut the ball in half so it doesn't hurt so bad !

I'll see if my sister can sew some pouches into the back of my night shirts.

Thanks, I'm also trying a new scc that isn't as tight as the first one was. Crossing my fingers it'll work as good or better than the Dr Dakota the Velcro tore off it.
