No medical need, I was doing fine on APAP. But I found an AirCurve 10 VAuto on a buy and sell site for $450 CDN ($325 USD), less than 100 hours.
I really love it, love the comfort of PS 4. My Flow Limitations are non-existent and I am now getting 0.0 AHI nights more often than non-0.0 nights. My AHI for April is 0.10.
