If only all (or even most) of your posts could be as accurate, and factual as that one, Chris. It gives me hope, please don't dash it.
You can also zoom in and out with the up and down arrows, and move with the left/right ones.

If you will just watch the videos I previously pointed you to all the zooming in on the flow rate stuff should be made clear to you.
It is something you have to learn to do yourself.
they're good vids.... there's no flow limit graph that shows REM sleep... that would be helpful.
In the second video Jason doesn't show what Chris did..... great job Chris.
And he doesn't explain how to scroll the graph to the right either....
but what I got was legitimate CA events verse non legitimate CA events.... second shows this....flat lined verses non flat line... non flat line is unlegit CA, flat line shows legit CA

Take it up with the machine's manufacturer. The machine's can't even tell if we are asleep or not much less sleep stages.
second vid from the bottom he says this, but I tend to agree, HOWEVER he says, "from every hour to Hour and and a half REM sleep happens" look at graph of flow limitation at bottom, according to Jason that's REM sleep
They measure air flow or breathing only....no way at all to tell sleep status one way or the other.
If you want to know if your analysis of real or not real is accurate...post examples and what you think they are.
3rd vid from the bottom he goes into detail....did you watch these vids yourself?
From what you said...I can't tell if you understand or not.
I understand completely
Real or not real doesn't have to do with flat line or not and everything to do with the breathing pattern prior to the flat line or not so flat line.
it's flatter then the indication that it's not an event...on the vid go to 2:02 time

screenshot was one like Jasons (the one you said was useless).... showing what he called REM sleep.
Top screenshot is an event and the bottom one is a non event.

Teacher was never in my bio here. THAT'S FOR SURE !!
Instead of thinking I should know how to gather information??? LMAO that what is this forum for? There's plenty that's NOT here and you expect everyone to find it out, and if they don't yo have to spoon feed them? Hwo about you just direct them where to go... and when they do go to where YOU send them you break there balls... NICE ! You know you are worse then some bosses I had.... expecting miracles with no resources...... I need you like I need a hole in my head !
Leaving people in the dark isn't good either Doc.
Here's what I got from HERE ....that I COULD use !
Palerider......
You really shouldn't many *any* adjustments based on any of the statistical numbers, you should make adjustments based on what the pressure curves look like.
Dreamdiver......by the way has been the most helpful, courteous, humble, and caring
I'm terribly imprecise. Apologies!
and Dogslobber......
Don't dwell on what was too much pressure earlier.
What was "a lot" of pressure in our first few days of therapy, becomes very manageable as we become accustomed to it. So long as we convince ourselves that it was too high, we'll never get past it.
Take advantage of ramp
Move up in small increments
Stay at the interim levels for a few days
When moving up, make the change in the morning. You might forget you've changed it and it's not on your mind laying their awake.
or me asking.......
the flow rate on OSCAR.... the read out, is there another way to look at it? I've seen it with a different curve read outs.. not so clumped together.
you consider dreamdiver spoon feeding??
BUT NONE of YOUR videos you directed me to, showed what he showed me.....
if you don't have time to what you call "spoon feeding".... then stay off the forum.... if you have too much stress. Take a break.
