Not really enough information but I can offer a WAG...wild ass guess...
Increase the minimum to 10 cm and the max to 20 and see what happens. It's really all I can offer.
It's not impossible for that AHI of 3 ish to be disturbing your sleep and making you feel like crap.

There's also the chance that you feel like crap from something else going on that is totally unrelated to sleep apnea and the best data in the world won't let the machine fix a problem that is unrelated to sleep apnea.

It's worth trying though...what do you have to lose?

If you start having problems like a big increase in AHI or belly pain issues (aerophagia) then we have to back up.
First of all i just can't thank you enough truly when i woke up today with 0.5 AHI i was gonna cry from happiness ❤️
I found out it was the mask it was uncomfortable and made issues i used a cloth over the silicone parts and it improved results dramatically now i have to get more nights like this to start feeling better, but only one down side i felt pain in my stomach not something big but kinda annoying and was wondering which pressure i should back on i have minimum pressure at 10 and therapy pressure at 12 maximum at 20 the last report show that 90% of treatment time pressure was at 13.5

Try reducing the minimum to 9.5 and see if that helps with the belly pain.
