Re: Pressure Issue?

Alright, I marked where I had the straps. I took a new cushion and started off very loose with the headgear and slowly tightened the top and bottom until it stopped leaking. It is very close to the tightness I had before, just a little looser.
I took the new cushion off and put the old one back on with the new tension. Immediately I notice that the silicone is floppier BUT does seal at that same tension. At this point I don't think it's the mask cushion as pointed out by Dog Slobber.
I do have a new theory and wouldn't mind some IRL advice again. Obviously our skin is constantly secreting oils, including overnight. Right now like every night, my skin from the soap is dry enough that regular tape would stick to it (basically no oils). In the morning my skin doesn't feel greasy but feels a tiny tiny bit clammy.
The New Theory:
Could the humidifier (on Auto) be too high and making my skin wet enough that the seal is breaking either from moving around or seeping in-between the seal at night?
If not, I have no idea and will just have to play around with the mask until I figure it out. Maybe as mentioned earlier it's just something unknown but dang it, I hate not being able to solve mysteries. I'm the kind of person that if I can't solve something it either goes in a drawer until I have the mindset to try again, throw it away, throw it at something and buy a new one, or have someone professionally fix it. Obviously none of those are an option for something that is helping my health so I will stick with it but OCD is frustrating.
