Funny how gluten allergies mysteriously disappeared.
Normal store displays would lead us to believe that chicken hot dogs, sausage, etc. are very popular.
And yet, the other day, that's all that was left.
It seems that without real meat (mammal), life is way less appealing.
Self-quarantine is not quite so miserable with bacon.

Many of us prefer the company of family but, I guess, frogs can be a noisy bunch, getting on the nerves. Bacon is usually quiet unless it gets hot.

sadly, gluten allergies are real. my son in law has this condition.

however, all the yuppies jumping on the bandwagon simply because they think it's healthier????

(good go, i'm an old. i just said yuppie!)

Luckily for those who DO get sick from gluten, gluten-free became a viral fad
triggering innovation to snag their money.
This has made many alternative foods available for them.
Sadly, diabetics still have to struggle for every sugar free/low carb alternative.
Not a lot of love for peanut-sensitive people either.
The unavailability of safe foods has turned many families into mandatory home-schoolers,
like all of us now.
