Hello, Everyone.

Ok. So I want to post at least one of my oxymeter reports. Do I do it here in my own thread or do I start a new thread?

Thanks.

Please post the report in this thread so people can easily review your past history in this thread.
Makes it so much easier on folks when they don't have to go looking up your past posts elsewhere to get a history....and to be honest..most people won't go looking elsewhere. They won't bother if it isn't here right in front of them.

Hello.

I think I have attached some reports. I not really very good at computers. Had to have my daughter's help to get everything copied and sent to the right folder to get the right reports here. I hope I've included a couple of oxymeter reports and a couple of corresponding OSCAR reports. On the night of the 18th, I increased my minimum pressure to 9%. It did have an affect as far as the Tidal Volume, I think, as well as the Minute Ventilation, again I say, I think, because I'm not able to see the reports as I'm typing. My sleep quality is good, I'm not quite as tired as I was before therapy. But I want to find that sleep breathing "sweet spot", if it exists. I stay pretty consistent, as far as, my drops in oxygen desaturation. Some nights it goes down to 82% with the highest being 89%. I do understand that oxygen desaturation during sleep is normal. But I don't know what is "normal".

Thanks for taking the time to look at my reports and offering suggestions on my search for "sleep Nirvana".

My oxymeter reports won't upload. My sweet husband was doing computer gymnastics to try and get them here. He tried pdf and csv formats. We kept getting a message saying, "invalid file extension".

OOPS! I was reading my post from last night. I said that my oxygen ranges from 82% to "89%". That's a typo. I meant to type "98%".

Forget the gymnastics. Take a snipping tool to any screenshot and save them as jpg files. JPG files will upload as attachments in this thread.
