Lung Doc said it could be exercise, thyroid, or testosterone. And she suggested changing allergy meds.

She looked at my data and seemed puzzled that my pressure limits were 7 and 15 (they were originally 5 & 15). I kept quiet, but she said she’d bump the high to 18.
Bumping the high won't change a thing. You maximum never approaches the current high anyway.

If you weight fluctuates between 150-160 lbs, and your bathroom scale has a maximum capacity of 250 lbs. Would changing to a bathroom scale with a capacity of 300 lbs have any different results?

The fact that your Lung Doctor doesn't realize that changing the maximum is silly, is alarming.

If you say that based on screen shots I've posted here, it's not true:

I said it based on the last two graphs you posted.

And take a look at the last week or so of your pressure.

Since increasing your minimum, the pressure your machine has needed has gone down.

Increasing your maximum, won't help. It won't hurt, but increasing the minimum until you're dialed in is [typically] the best solution.

Fixed that for you.

I recommend setting the max to 20 (or 25 in bilevels) and forgetting about it.

I've had extreme fatigue lately, and I think I narrowed it down to the losartan (blood pressure medication). One side effect can be extreme fatigue. My BP is not horrible, but needs to come down a few points. So I'm ditching the pharma poison and I'm going to try some of my favorites like beet juice and cinnamon tea.

long face, allergies, a lot of activity in the flow limitation vew, bad fatigue... if the BP meds weren't in the picture, I would be pretty sure it's another case of UARS.
