Well, I turned ramp off, limited high pressure and upped low pressure. This seems like my sweet spot.

Feels good so far.... sleeping well.

Good idea!
Ramp is useful for just getting started, when full therapy pressure is overwhelming.
Once you are comfortable with pressure, ramp is not needed.
