The ResMed was very easy to get used to for me. I loved how you just put it on and it is ready to go. The phone app is easy to follow and gives helpful info while you are getting adjusted. I have a friend that has a Dreamstation and it does have a smaller profile. He likes that because he travels a lot. My ResMed is very silent.

started with the Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset April 2018. Still using same machine, so I have no experience with Responics Dream Station and am doing quite well with my current machine, so I will never try the Dream station. For my next machine, I want the Airsense Autoset for Her & am considering buying it out of pocket to try it. Insurance will not pay for a new one until 2023. Not sure I want to wait that long. For my personal experience with masks, I have found that Resmed masks fit better than the Phillips Respronics masks, so I am a Resmed person for life.

The Dreamstation with humidifier takes up considerably more space on a night stand compared to the Air10 machines.
