It says to set your min pressure to 8, and read the post at the top of the forum that says READ THIS FIRST to learn how to format your charts.
Also, it's a Resmed AirSense 10 Autoset. Use the right words when searching and you get better results.

It tells me you have terrible sleep quality and wake up often....why? Any known reason?
Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?
I take Synthroid and citalopram in the morning and a small amount of Xanax at night before sleep. I am under a lot of stress lately. I have always woken up for many years to go to the bathroom 4-8 times per night.

That's a classic side effect of untreated obstructive sleep apnea.

So you think I should set minimum pressure to 8?

I'm betting on 10, but let's work up to it.

So even though my ahi was under 5 at 2.49, why do you think I'm still waking up multiple times at night? Are other settings correct for now? No ramp?

Read up on the side effects for your citalopram. It's well known to mess with sleep architecture (those sleep cycles) and even cause insomnia.
It's a SSRI type of medication...google "SSRI and sleep" and start reading. SSRI and SNRI....bad, bad stuff for sleep quality.
So part of your sleep issues could be medication side effects contributing to your problem.
Could also be from the stress that the meds are supposed to treat.
Are you male and of an age that the prostate is maybe a factor in the nocturia? Do you have to pee a lot during the day as well.
While sleep apnea is a common cause of nocturia....so is BPH in the male.
Follow palerider's advice on the pressure settings...might help to smooth out that pressure line a bit.

1) 5 is a crap target, an ahi of 5 means your sleep is being disrupted
at least every 12 minutes, on average, all night long. It's good enough for doctors, but not for us. Plus the ahi doesn't count other breathing related sleep disturbances. So no, get the ahi under 2, preferably under 1.5.
2) all those times the pressure line jumps up? Breathing problem, and those disturb your sleep, and raise your BP which makes your bladder fill up, and you have to go pee.

When you say I have breathing problems and I'm not breathing well, that's caused by the apnea correct?

Apnea means "not breathing", so, apnea is a
type of breathing problem falling under the umbrella of "Sleep Disordered Breathing".

Still betting on 10.
Leave it for a couple days, or go to 9 or 10,your choice.

Not great and not bad. I haven't been waking up suffocating anymore. Which is good.
