I didn't order the Eliminator because the reviews said the straps don't hold up. There wasn't just one complaint either. Either you haven't had that problem or you had a fix for it. Please post back about this. I would really like to try the chin pillow. Sorry for not replying back sooner. I use the Phillips Responics Premium black chin strap. It was the only one I could use that wouldn't hurt my jaw, so this isn't why I want to give up chin straps. I can wear it with good results. I would like to switch out of chin straps purely due to hair problems. VAIN . . . I know! But hair problems ARE valid, especially if I can find something that works just as well as my Responics chin strap. Then it's a win-win situation. Thanks for writing though. It’s a real loss to us who would like to purchase the Eliminator but won’t take the chance due to reviews like yours! All the company needs to do is read the reviews on the Eliminator and FIX THE DOGGONE THING! Maybe the Dr. Dakota people will start up again. I don’t know what magic Ragtopcircus does on the Eliminator he or she owns. I guess I will wait and see what the future holds. There’s always the cervical collar thing to try I guess.
