Basically, FLs show up as a flattening of what should be a nicely rounded inspiration, often showing up like a chair shape.

It's the right article; just need to point people to Figure 5, which has examples. The table below it explains them.

It's one of many places on the net to find information, but needlessly complicated for someone who doesn't have appropriate background.

OP, how does your day look like? Specifically, when do you wake up? When do you have your first meal? When and what is your last meal of the day? Any alcohol? Coffee?
